Has anyone tried a pet ramp for an inground pool?

Ok so this might be an odd topic but... We have a labradoodle we can't keep out of the pool he loves it. The problem is he seems to cut his nails up when he launches off the plaster stairs out of excitement. He doesn't seem phased by it but its definitely not ideal. Has anyone tried installing a ramp for their pooch? I am looking for recommendations if anyone has one.

For the couple of months that it is too cold to swim in our pool, we take our wire haired dachshund to an indoor pool for therapy. They have a ramp that you can see in the 3rd and 6th pics. You could contact them to see what kind of ramp etc.
