Got new modem/router and now ScreenLogic doesn't connect - how to set up again?

Hi there - We just got a new modem and router and internet is working just fine. The ScreenLogic interface inside the house that was plugged into the previous router is now plugged in the new one. The network is slightly different name (lowercase instead of upper), but I can't log in via the remote app, so I can't reconfigure it. Our pool contractor initially installed the screenlogic. I saved the instructions, but I'm getting confused looking at the instructions. Is there an easy way to pair the screenlogic interface to the new router? Thanks!!

I would contact Pentair support at [FONT=ff-din-web-n4, ff-din-web, sans-serif]800.831.7133 considering the age of your equipment Im sure they will assist. Worst case is to contact you PB may even be willing to swing by and do it.

Try resetting the screen logic adapter (brick). There should be a small hole on the adapter labeled reset. Your brick is looking for your old router and can't connect to it because it isn't there anymore. Unplug your network cable from the router, reset, wait for the lights to come back on, on the adapter, then plug the adapter back in to the router.

Thanks for the tips - Resetting didn't work and although I have screenlogic on my macbook, when I launch nothing ever happens. Ended up plugging in my old wifi router to the new one and ScreenLogic works for now. I'll wait for the hubby to get back in town and pass the job to him with the above tips, since my patch job is a far cry from professional.

I am facing this same issue but so far have had no luck being able to connect to the Screenlogic2 from my PC. Did you have any luck getting yours to work with the new router?
Adding this here in case anyone runs into the same issue. I found that my old ip range was 192.168.0.x but the new router automatically set the range to 10.x.x.x. After changing this, the Screenlogic started working again. So much for it clearing out its old settings and picking up a new ip address which is what the Pentair tech said should happen.

How did you do this because I am having the same issue
