Is there an aftermarket replacement for the GLX-PCB-PRO? or is it worth it to get it repaired.

I am not aware of any aftermarket replacement. However, most of the issues with those boards is usually due to the K1 relay soldering joint. Often times, if you just refloat the solder, the board starts working again.
What were the symptom's of the failing board?
Have you removed the board? Take a picture (high res) of the backside and post.
