Getting estimates for a small fiberglass in-ground pool and have many questions...

They are all around the same price, about $50K, so is the pool manufacturer the most important piece to the puzzle? Most seem to offer a lifetime structural warranty but do like to bash each other.

For example, one builder trashed Barrier Reef and suggested I only get a Latham, San Juan, or a Leisure USA pool.

Premier, which is huge, offers Hydura fiberglass pools which they said are made for them by Latham and have 8 components to their shell.

Welcome to TFP! They may talk bad about each other, but the goal is to sell. Some keys to remember are:
- The purchase price "should" include installation (shell install, equipment, plumbing, electrical, basic decking, etc). Upgrades are extra.
- Not sure about lifetime warranties. I think ours was a 10-year.

Shop around and ask questions about their install process, type of base material used, equipment specifications, etc. Post back here with quotes and we'll try to help.

It is almost always the installers and how they prep the hole then finish up the install that makes the biggest difference!
