I have a Jacuzzi J385 hot tub that I purchased in 2006. I have FLO alarm and the hot tub was not heating up. I replaced the recirculation pump, flow switch and temp sensor. Turned hot tub back on and initially no issues. FLO alarm went away. When the hot tub heated back up, FLO alarm came back. Recirc pump is running. Only way to make adjustments is to shut the hot tub off and turn back and then quickly make adjustments before the FLO alarm comes back. Any suggestions?
FLO issue with Jacuzzi J385 hot tub

I have a Jacuzzi J385 Hot tub that I installed in 2006. I had a FLO alarm. Replaced the flow switch, Recirc Pump and the temperature sensor. Started backup and the hot tub operated fine initially (FLO alarm went away) and it warmed up. FLO alarm is back (solid not flashing) and the recirc pump is running and there is flow past the flow switch. I can't turn any of the other pumps on. I can "trick it" by killing the breaker and then turning back on and then quickly start the pumps. The FLO alarm goes away while those pumps are running but comes back when I shut them off. Any suggestions? Thank you
