Fire Bowl Issues

We had a water feature wall built with two electronic igniter fire bowls installed recently when installing our pool. The same bowl goes out after roughly 45 minutes of use. The igniter has been replaced 3 times in the original bowl. New more expensive powder coated bowls have been installed and now on the same side of the two bowls is doing the same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions on the possible cause?

Welcome to TFP.

It sounds like a gas flow problem to me.

Unless the gas valve has an auto shutoff safety feature to shutdown after a time interval.

Can you relight the bowl after it shuts down?

It's the first bowl inline that goes out the second remains lite. We shut it down with our app as soon as the 1st bowl goes out after it's second attempt to relight.

Sounds like a thermocouple/thermopile issue (which likely is a separate part from the igniter). Do you know what auto light valve was used?
