FC drops about 2.5-3ppm in 35k gal per day

Do you think that's abnormal or not. My cya was at about 60ppm, but I'll have to test again as had some rain while back.
Pool about 35k gallons.
Keeping fc at about 8ppm.
Notice I pretty much have to drop 1 gal bleach 10% per day.
