Dual LED lights not the same color?

Have two LED lights that are able to switch colors thru switching the on/off switch multiple times. When I switch them on and off one light becomes one color and the other light becomes a different color? Why is this?

They are low voltage that are wired together before they enter the transformer

If you search online for the instructions for your model of lights they should have guidance on how to sync them again. My Hayward's have a specific on/off sequence to follow that fixes your situation.

4x4,

Since they are wired together, I'm not sure any special sequence will get them back into sync. It would be worth looking at the manual, but I can't visualize how it would work.

I believe that you need to disconnect them at the transformer... Wire one light and make it any color.. say blue. Disconnect that light and connect the other light and make it blue.

Reconnect the two lights and they should both be blue and in theory stay synced together.

Thanks,

Jim R.

I have the ColorLogic ones and here are the instructions for that manufacturer:

Light Synchronization If your pool or spa has multiple Hayward Universal ColorLogic LED lights, they may be operated independently, or they can be easily synchronized so they will all display the same colors and shows at the same time. For light synchronization, all lights must be wired to the same switch. Once installed, all lights should be automatically synchronized, however, if they get out of sync, they can be re-synchronized easily. To re-synchronize your lights, turn the switch on, then back off, then wait between 11 and 14 seconds and turn the switch back on. When the lights come back on, they should enter program #1, and be synchronized.
