I'm after some assistance with a very peculiar problem with my Dolphin S100 pool cleaner.
It runs perfectly but plays up under one very specific circumstance.
When it tries to climb the walls front side first (the side at the opposite end from the handle) it tries briefly for a few attempts, then just stops moving entirely. If I turn it off at the PSU and re-position it, it starts up again and continues until it hits that scenario again.
It climbs the walls with the other side first without any difficulty, but when it tries front side first it just fails.
I've checked the impeller housing and it is clean, there are no obstructions on any of the flaps, and the filter basket is empty.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
