I have a Dolphin Proteus DX4, and it was working just fine. Unfortunately now it will not work. The blue light comes on and is solid. It was moving back and forth a few inches like it typically does, but then would stop moving and not completing a cycle. Now it simply sits there and as I said, the blue light is solid. Any and all help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the impeller for interference:
Unfortunately these robots aren't built to last. I had a similar issue with my Nautilus CC. I had to basically rebuild the entire thing including a new drive motor for the wheels. Before you get that deep though, check the impeller as mentioned above, and check the tracks, wheels, and brush for excessive play. If there is to much play they can bind up and cause the issues you are having as well. If all that looks good, water has likely made its way into the motor box and began to damage the control board and possibly the drive motors.
