Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus not cleaning the walls properly.

I have a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus, it is two months old. When I began using it, it would move up the wall and come to the surface then rotate and move along wall cleaning the waters edge.The bottom would be flat against the wall as it moved down the water line. Now when it rotates to go along the wall it sucks air and floats up at an angle preventing brushes from touching the pool wall. Only the edge of one track touches the wall. I have read through the troubleshooting at maytronicsus.com with no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you checked the filter? They need to be pretty clean to do what you want it to.

Clean the filters and ensure there is no debris wrapped around the impeller.
