I had an above ground pool 20ft round, 48” deep. Zodiac pool. It lasted more than 15 years. Awesome, right. Well, all good things do not last forever. Patched it several times. I bought an intex pool from Lowe’s 20ft, 48” deep. The pole supports are cheesy to saw the least. The aluminum poles from the zodiac are still in perfect condition, except for the feet. I’m thinking about using the zodiac poles with the new intex liner? Same number of poles, etc. please advise. Thank you

Welcome to TFP! I can totally understand wanting to use the better poles from the old pool, but without feet? That would concern me. Even if absolutely plumb, a little movement and I'd be worried about one of those trying to slip-out out of position. Maybe there's another way to secure the end of those poles to the pavers?
