Do I need to seal my hot tub tile grout.

Finally got around to tiling my in-ground hot tub I built a few years ago. The tile is in and grouted. Normally with a tile project I'd seal the grout afterwards, but I've been reading around online a bit and it seems many people say you don't need to seal grout in a pool (it's not part of the waterproofing and not likely to get stained).

Just wanted to ask specifically if you think I should be sealing the grout it or if it's just a waste of time.

Tiles are 1" x 1" porcelain. Grout is Custom Building Products Prism Grout if that matters.

I sealed our waterline tile on our fiberglass pool. Primarily to reduce calcium from plating out on it. Have to say it did not do a great job of that.
