We are in the design phase of a new home build in Virginia Beach and are looking to install a pool. I sat in a marketing pitch for diypoolsandspas.com today and am quite interested. Anyone used them in the past and what feedback do you have? Thanks.

alright... definitely jumped the gun last year, but thinking we are ready now. Went through DIY Pools and Spas for construction plans, engineering and consult with a new design. Bigger pool and simpler construction. Hoping to break ground by June 1st. We are allowed one more revision before...

I too took the marketing seminar a few months back and am seriously considering using them, once we get settled into our new home in Stuart, FL.
Here's another on-going thread of a guy who DID use DIYPoolsandspas... com, and seemed very satisfied. *Warning* It's a long thread mixed in with his OB House. to save time start on page 25 or so, although he starts talking about DIY on page 4.

One thing he stresses is that you need to devote some serious time to the project, waiting for Subs, inspections and keeping detailed notes Also, being on-site when work is done, if possible.
