I have a small leak in my roof/patio overhang, which seems to be under my pool solar panels. I can't get any roofers out here to repair, unless I get the panels removed. I'm working on getting quotes for that, but it's going to be at least several hundred just for removal and re-installation.

The more I look at these things, the more I think I can DIY it. It just looks like a few Fernco fittings and a wind strap, I would leave the supply and return lines in place. Am I missing/not thinking of anything more difficult beyond that? Photo attached, I only need to remove the bottom three panels.

It's more about the roof, than the ability to work a socket wrench and an impact gun.

Are you comfortable up there ? Even if the pitch isn't bad, getting on and off is akward as sin if you don't do it often.

I'm fine with it, pitch is pretty low (much less steep than it looks in the photo).
