Difference between ball valves?

Looking to add a ball valve on the drain of my Hayward Xstream cartridge filter.

I see there are a few that look exactly the same on Amazon, but seem to be the same thing. I bought a Hayward one from a local pool store, and it drips a little.

Any difference between these two for example?

They look the same to me.

Since you have nothing in your profile or signature we don't know what type of pool the valves are going in.

In general we recommend diverter valves be used instead of ball valves. Ball valves eventually stick and the handles break off and then need to be cut out to be replaced. Diverter valves can be rebuilt and repaired as necessary.
