Cracks in concrete when replacing liner

Hi! A 30 year old in-ground 18x36 became ours when we purchased our home 3 winters ago. We are replacing the liner ourselves in 2 days hopefully perfectly timed to dry out before another round of rain. The weather is forecast to be in the 90s. We have had extremely heavy rain the last 3 weeks. After the rain, we noticed some of the cracks will drain for a day or so without rain. In a day or so without rain, they dry up. Unfortunately, we have had rain almost daily. Note, the draining is on the uphill side of the pool. Our home is on a hill and probably one of the higher points in the town. The Embarrass River goes through the edge of town about 2 miles from us. Due to the age of our pool, we are putting in a liner hoping it will last about 8 years. At that time, we plan to completely reno the pool area. (gotta get the kids out of high school and through college first) After 30 years we don't have much confidence that the metal bracing has another 30 years without rusting out. We haven't had any bowing to the sides of marine grade wood walls. The wood is surprising in amazing condition and held up to a beating with a hammer. We know to brace them immediately if they bow. We have had a lot of great advice regarding the wood walls from the original distributor (the owner designed that style and was very popular in this area in the 90s) lol! So, my bigger concern is will 22,000 gallons of water be enough pressure that the cracks won't leak? Should we patch the cracks?? or just spray sealant on them prior to the install until the water fills it up. We don't have any lifting, just cracks. And should we consider keeping it full in the winter too keep enough pressure on it. We've never had any trouble with the liner lifting or bubbling. It has been a really great pool and system. Thanks in advance for your advice and recommendations!:D I'll post photos below as soon as i figure that out. lol!
