The legs on the right side are bent inward. As mother nature and people swimming moves all that water around they will tilt further and further and you'll get bad overflow and washout on top of that. Whether or not it will collapse or when, no one can say. Take it down and fix it. In the end, a few days of crappy work is worth looking at it all summer and feeling proud that you did it right.
