I have a CMP Powerclean Ultra salt generator 5200-220-000. It worked well for about a month this year until I switched the power off and back on. At that point it stopped working. No LEDs are lit at all. I opened the unit and checked for 220 vac after the switch and breaker button. All good.
I did notice the control circuit board had some type of corrosion or mold. I cleaned this with contact cleaner and tooth brush. Still no LEDs.
Now I suspect the control board is damaged. I contacted CMP for assistance and spare parts. They were not very useful. They do not sell parts or even the entire control unit. Suggested Google to find parts.
Does anyone know where to purchase spare parts?

Welcome Grumpy!

This design was originally manufactured by SGS (Saline Generation Systems). Some of the company's products were later marketed by CMP. This SWG unit was called the SGS Breeze under the SGS brand. I did some random googling and came up with this part...not sure if it will work, but the info might help in your search for parts.

the board @Rancho Cost-a-Lotta linked to definitely looks like the right one.

@Grumpy Hank can you get a close-up of the area inside the red circle? that's definitely corrosion, not mold ;) and if you're handy with a soldering iron you might be able to repair it. D1, D2, D3, and D5 appear to be a bridge rectifier to convert the AC input voltage to DC, but I can't tell what D4, D6, R4 and R10 are doing - or if they're blown/damaged (as well as corroded).

might be better off picking up a board Rancho linked to, or maybe this one:

Hi Rancho-Costa-Lotta, ogdento,
Thanks for the feedback. I agree, checked the diodes. One diode and 10 ohm resister were faulty. I replaced with discreet components but still have the problem. Apparently there's more blown, but without a schematic is hard to troubleshoot.
Followed your suggestion and ordered a SGS replacement board from eBay. I should receive it by Friday and will let you know results.
Guys: Thanks for the help and direction!
