I’ve noticed 1 and sometimes 2 of the jets/ports in the spa do not have air flowing through them when the air blower is on. Yesterday the two problem ones turned on at first then stopped while the others continued to generate air. Not sure if pipes got clogged or disconnected. Any suggestions on how to diagnose and fix?

Is this an integrated spa with your pool?

Check that the jets are not adjusted shut. Beyond that you can remove the jet internals to see if there is debris.

Yes it’s integrated with the pool. Here is a pic. I have the eyeballs on the ports which can’t be adjusted shut. They both turned on yesterday right at the start but then turned off.

Your air blower is still running? Your pump may be over pressuring the blower. Does the blower continue to run?

Do you have a VS pump?

Does your filter pump also flow through your spa jets?

I have a single speed pump. I just turned off the pump and only turned on the blower and all ports work fine. I think @mknauss is right …when in spa mode, the pump is overpowering the blower for those two ports. Agree?

Have you changed your pump to a higher HP since the pool was built?

I would pull the internal jets from those two (or even all) the spa outlets and flush the system. Flush the air line (with water) at the same time.

You mean pull the eyeball inserts? If you mean the actual jets…how would I go about doing that? They appear to just be PVC pipes in the concrete…

The eyeballs have to be taken off and then their is an internal jet that pulls the air in to the water stream. That jet typically has a 9/16” end you can use a socket with long extension to remove them.

I’ll take a look and give that a try. Let you know how it goes. Thank you.
