My 10,000 gallon fiberglass pool was flooded under four feet of river water last week. After 2 days of scooping out thousands of dead minnows we started to tackle the chocolate milk like water left behind. I added flocculent, circulated for two hours. After two days of vacuuming the settled silt to waste I had electric green water clear enough to see the bottom. I thought it was time to shock so I added chlorine. Almost instantly the water in the pool changed to what looks like dark brewed tea. What do I do now?
