Century Part 7-177452-03 Motor Replacement

I am trying to replace the motor for a Spa Jet WhisperFlo Pump. The current motor is Century Part 7-177452-03.

Is this a 2HP 1.3SF Full rated motor like this one?
U.S. Motors Emerson EB843 Emerson 56Y Square Flange Single Speed 2HP Full Rated Pool and Spa Motor
Cost is $300.

I also found a cheaper one but it is 2HP Up Rated Motor:
Century A.O. Smith B855 56Y Square Flange 2 HP Up-Rated Pool and Spa Pump Motor, 10A 230V
Cost is $239.

Is the full rated motor more powerful? (Meaning the spa jets are more powerful if using it). I assume that's why full rated costs much more.

And if so, which motor matched my original motor?

The current motor is a 2 hp full rated motor like the top example. An up rated 2 hp motor would not be powerful enough.

Thanks.

Then it comes down to these two models:
Emerson EB843: $300
No run capacitor hump
U.S. Motors Emerson EB843 Emerson 56Y Square Flange Single Speed 2HP Full Rated Pool and Spa Motor

Century B2843: $296
Run capacitor hump
Century A.O. Smith B2843 E-Plus 56Y Square Flange 2HP Full Rated Pool and Spa Pump Motor

Prices are almost the same. Is the Emerson brand w/o run capacitor hump better than the Century brand w/ run capacitor hump. Or does it not matter at all?

They're both Permanent Split Capacitor motors. They both use a run capacitor. The capacitor for the Emerson is under the back cover.

They're probably of about equal quality.
