Anyone have experience and/or review with Leslie’s Pool Supply robotic pool cleaner Jacuzzi JCRX ? or Polaris’s P825 robotic pool cleaner ? I can’t seem to find reviews regarding these 2 robotics, plus, how they would perform in the deep-end of my inground vinyl-lined pool? Thanks in advance for comments, reviews, recommendations of alternative robotic shallow/deep end inground vinyl-lined pool cleaners!

I just bought the polaris epic 8640. It's the same as the JCRX.

I bought one a few weeks ago. I have never had a robot before so I don’t have much to compare it to other than my old Polaris pressure side cleaner. It does OK, but if there are 10 leaves in my pool, after a 2 1/2 hour cycle there will still be seven leaves in my pool. Don’t know if this is a result of poor vacuuming capabilities or that it just does not cover all of the area. I’ve ran it on both the full clean function where it cleans the floor and walls as well as just the floor function, and the result is the same. There were some areas of visible algae on my pool and I left them on purpose to see how it did, it did not clean off the algae, but I don’t know if vacuums normally do. It came off easily with one swipe of a brush so I would assume that it should be capable of doing that. It does occasionally get stuck on my main drain. I have had no problems with the cord tangling and the cord seems pretty long and it reaches all areas of my pool with no problem. It has a function where it comes to the top for you to pull it out, but this does not always work. Again, it does clean OK, but maybe I’m expecting too much.
