Reposting this here to try and get some help I believe it's just getting started related due to the short amount of time my pool has been set up... I apologize if this breaks any of the rules.
I have had my pool open for almost 2 weeks now and I test it everyday and my results always seem reasonable but I have been seeing this dirt(?) In the fold of the vinyl that I couldn't get smoothed out every time the pump is off for a little bit. I read on the forums here that if it poofs when you brush it that means it algae but my levels are all within range most of them at the preferred level. We have a new pool pad and all round it is dirt that we have seeded but it hasn't sprouted yet and my husband likes to mow every 2 or 3 days due to our grass growing super fast and of course every time he does he doesn't put the cover on and mows around the the pool.
Edit: I will be performing the OCLT test tonight.
