This equipment was just installed about 2 weeks ago. I've noticed when running, a ring of moisture on the concrete at the bottom of the filter. Upon touching the drain plug, I feel the drip along the bottom of the plug. Is this normal? I've contacted PB and sent picture with no response yet.

There's a o ring gasket in there. Try to snug it up a bit by hand to get some more pressure to it. If it doesn't help you'll need to drain filter and unscrew to inspect. Perhaps it got pinched which then it needs a new o ring or some debris not allowing it to seal. Clean and lube before closing it back up.
Thanks. How would you snug it up a bit by hand exactly? Sorry, not sure how it all works yet.
Grab it with your hands and try to go clockwise and see if it moves. You can always use an adjustable wrench and very carefully move it a tad.
Ok thanks. I was able to tighten it by hand. Hopefully that resolves the problem.
Oops, I did it before I saw this. If leak persists, I'll do it after it turns off.Doing so with the pump off helps.
No harm done. It's just harder to turn while fighting the pressurized system. So you might not have tightened it as much as you could have.
