Bottom pad, wall foam and cove installation

I’m planning on installing the bottom pad, wall foam and cove today however the forecast calls for scattered showers.
Can these products withstand rain on them before I get the liner on?

If you have the sand/bottom level and set I WOULD put down the bottom pad at the very least to protect all of your work.. I would also put down the cove to keep water from going under the walls. The wall foam..........I would wait until right before you can put the liner on. I worry about the glue not drying fast enough to keep it up.
