Bestway Steel-Frame Max 12' Pool Questions

Hi All,
I am new to the forum and having a pool. I have been reading and learning (mainly about chemicals! And all the things I started off doing wrong basically) but I have some questions about the actual pool construction from those who have had experience with the temporary (ie. take down in winter) Bestway/Intex pools. I have tried to google and look at pictures but haven't been able to see what I'm looking for.

Details:
- 12' X 39.5" round pool
- After filling I'm around 0.5" - 0.75" off level from side to side. Based on what I've read, I'm within the acceptable 1" mark. I will continue to check to make sure it doesn't sink anymore or anything.
- Only been filled 1 week, with adults floating and very minimal swimming so nothing crazy

Question 1)
- Pic 1: In one spot (the "higher" level spot) the liner is pushed up all the way touching the pole. It seems pretty 90 degrees but it's odd that it is the only place where this occurs.
- Pic 2: Shows what I think is the correct way it should sit/how most of the other legs/liner are: the bottom touches but the top has space

- Do you think what's happening in Pic 1 is an issue?

Question 2)
- Pic 3: In one spot (the "lower" level spot) it seems like the pole is not 90 degrees on the vertical plane (it is horizontally though); I don't know if this is from when I was setting it up not pulling it out far enough or this is a result once water filled.

- Either way, should I be worried? Does this count as "bending"? Or would I blatantly know when it is "bending"? (Hard to see in pic so I tried to put my hand up). I'm not sure how much is "normal" given the way the pool is constructed.

Question 3)
- Overall, is it more likely that the pole gives out and water topples over the top OR is it more likely the liner blows out a hole and floods that way? I'm trying to figure out what out for in terms of problems arising.

Anyone else have pics of their pool and are all your poles exactly even with the liner, etc!?

Thank you so much! I'm trying to do everything right/be safe but I'm just not sure how worried I should be and at what specifically.

I am now more like 1" off because some legs have sunk. (Yes I know about the paver blocks now for next time). Question is, as long as it doesn't worsen can I keep it sunken in?
The leg sinking is putting more stress on that area of pool frame and also showing the ground underneath isn't solid for supporting the pool weight
