Best way to remove calcium deposits?

Looking for advice on the best method to remove many years of calcium buildup here in Las Vegas.

Any suggestions?

Will be switching from pucks to SWG to address the high CYA and CH issues.

Odd there is no buildup at the water line. Are you sure that is calcium buildup on the plaster? Looks from the pictures like gunite showing through the plaster.

To reduce CH issues going forward, you need to use softened water for the make up water due to evaporation.
