The paint on my concrete coping and the concrete patio surrounding it has started to peel. Any suggestions for a good paint to use? I was reading about epoxy paint and it's benefits, then 1-part versus 2-part. I live in a hot & humid area (in Honduras, C.A.) so the paint will take a beating as it's out in the open.

BTW< the pool itself is Diamond Brite finish with tile around top which is looking good still :)

I am sad to say that none of the paints seem to be as good as they were back in the day. What you are seeing is very common :( I suggest you use a power washer to get the current paint off and stain the coping and patio area. The prep is THE most important part of job.

I appreciate the advice, but sadly, I don't think removal and staining is in the books :-(
