Auto fill valve replacement

This is my first month maintaining my pool by myself so I'm on the learning curve. I'm assuming these are my anti-siphon and autofill valve valves. The autofill is leaking from the top where the red arrow is. While the autofill is threaded connections, the opposite end of the thread appears to be glued PVC. (But I've not tried to turn it with pliers yet.) My questions are:
1. Do I need to cut this this entire thing out?
2. Do you recommend any specific autofill valve or is this a Home Depot thing?
3. Should I replace the anti-siphon valve while I'm at it since it's likely quite old (maybe 10+ years), or if it ain't broke don't fix it?

thanks!
Mike

I would just cut out both valves and replace with any 24vac anti siphon sprinkler valve(with water source shut off) Cut those couplers out and give yourself a little more pipe in case you need to fix down the road, or add unions for easy swap.

Thanks to you both for the responses. I like the gasket idea only cause it's easy. But when I examined the autofill valve earlier today, I noticed it was making a hissing sound. Like, maybe water is passing through it even though all my equipment was off. So I'm thinking I'll just put a new one in, like in the picture.
