Aqua Products EVO line (not Aquabot!)

This company is part of a conglomerate including Polaris and Jandy. But I don't see any posts about the Aqua Products robots and their performance here. The closest service center would require shipping to/from, which is why I hesitate to buy from them. Price is pretty good compared to the Polaris I was looking at. With a 25x50' pool, and limited time, I want/need a robot.

I refuse to give any more of money to Maytronics (past posts explain why.).

@div_0305 Did you end up purchasing this? It seems it's the recommended robot by Marina now, which is interesting given the lack of name recoginition.

I did not. Since no one here had any experience to share, I sent a "test" email to their customer support to see how responsive they were. Well, it's been over a month, and no response. I also tried calling, but either was sent directly to a voicemail or forever hold.

I bought the Aiper Segull Pro which had some decently positive reviews on TFP. I am now in timesuck with their customer service to get the product returned and refunded. The robot is the worst I've experienced, and their customer service matches that. After over a week of calling them and false promises to send the return label, they sent a label today, but stated they would send me a replacement--I was clear I do not want a replacement. Just my refund. They only sent the label after I threatened to file a claim with my credit card issuer.

It just arrived yesterday, and I am beyond impressed with the first cleaning. It climbed the walls effortlessly, and actually cleaned my pool floor in one shot--something the Aiper couldn't do after 10 tries on floor only mode.
