Guys, I’m new here, just registered. I could use some suggestions about robot pool cleaners please. First of all, I’m not product bashing but I have a new Aiper scuba S1. Seems like a great product, lots of power, long lasting, easy clean basket but it fiddles and frigs around so much trying to make a sensible grid pattern that it never cleans the whole pool and of course due to full length treads in never picks up anything out side of the treads but will disturb it as it travels by. To be fair by pool is 16’x28’ in ground and uniform depth of 53”, not deep end , rounded corners, not very big but where the bottom meets the wall it’s about a 45 degree slope of 18” from floor to wall. My previous pool vaccum was a cheap, corded Kleen Machine, it lasted for 10 years. It just went forward and backwards only changing direction randomly bumping into corners and walls. It never, truly never missed a single spot and sucked up well out side wheel radius not forcing dirt pack into water column. It always cleaned the bottom edges ,corners where the 45degree slope meets the floor. Is there anything now, in ground or above ground, cordless preferably that would work as good as old kleen machine. Would rather not pay more than I did for this Aiper.
Appreciate any help,
Thank you
