Hello. I have needed to aerate for multiple days all day long by running homemade bubblers that work by pulling air in thru tubes at return jets (they put out lots of bubbles!). It seems my water level has been dropping a lot more lately and was wondering if I have a leak in my plumbing somewhere or if anyone has seen a significantly higher amount of evaporation when aerating. I have owned the pool for about 12 years but this is the first that I have learned about aerating the pool as I have been trying to get the high TA down. I have been adding acid and aerating and repeating many times. I am probably losing 1/4 inch per day which is a lot higher than normal at any time of the year for this pool. I also converted it to a salt pool this year. Thanks!
