I have a 16 x 48 Coleman above ground pool that is a few years old.. Trying to find an adapter to hook up a vacuum too does anybody have any suggestions...

Do you have a thru-wall skimmer, or just the suction port in the side wall? Maybe post a pic or two of your set-up? Have you ever considered the stand-alone water pressure vacuums? I think we have some people that have used those in the past.

When i had one of those pools & manually vac’d I would just use the siphon method & go very quickly. That way it by passed the pump/ filter all together.
Basically put vac head in pool, let vac hose fill up w/ water, put hand over end of hose, then throw end of hose over the side of the pool to the ground.

I dearly loved my little Intex Auto Cleaner. inexpensive (then, who knows now) and worked like a champ.

Mine is in the shed as backup! Hopefully I won’t need it but it’s always good to have back up pool equipment so u don’t get in a bind.
