Error code changed from 123 to 121 after replacing back board in Aqualink system

Update 2 weeks later -- At the end of April, we had a big thunderstorm with lots of lightning. Checked the system the next morning and the display was all garbled. Turned off the power and turned it back on. Been working every since. No service light and plenty of chlorine. I have no idea...

Error code changed from 123 to 121 after replacing back board in Aqualink system

For 2 years I have been trying to get my Jandy Aquapure/Aqualink system to produce chlorine. Summer of 2022, I got the 123 error code. Local pool company comes out and says I need a new salt cell. Cell was less than 3 years old and Jandy sent a replacement cell and cord. Still got the 123...

Different Water Temperature Readings on Jandy Aquapure Control Center vs PDA

Haha! That picture was after Snowmageddon. We had to replace the filter and pump body! We have never winterized before. Guess we will this year. Thanks for identifying the water temperature sensor that will also have to be replaced. :(

Different Water Temperature Readings on Jandy Aquapure Control Center vs PDA

That makes sense. Thanks! Does the Freeze Protect mode use the reading from the tri-sensor or the pool temperature sensor?

Different Water Temperature Readings on Jandy Aquapure Control Center vs PDA

When I check the water temperature on my Aqualink Control Center by quickly pressing the Pool Temp Boost button, it shows 85 degrees which I believe is correct. However, when I power on the AquaLink PDA, it shows the water temp is 120 degrees. This difference in readings started about 1 week...

When will Jandy pool filters and pumps be available following Winter Storm?

We lost our Jandy CV460 cartridge filter and the strainer pot on our Jandy Stealth 2.0 hp pump. Pool services around Wichita Falls, TX have been very responsive and willing to work. However, all 3 I have dealt with so far say the same thing...We don't know when we will be able to get any of...

How are my fellow Texans doing this morning lol

I'm just sick!! Everything was going well even at -1 last night. Pump was running and water still circulating. Then we lost power for 2 hours. But when it came back on, everything was still working. Then we lost power for 11 hours. When power came back on, the pump was "on" but nothing was...

Jandy Aquapure PLC 1400 - no flow

I have a brand new Jandy Aquapure PLC 1400 and have the "No Flow" problem. I contacted Jandy/Zodiac and they said they wouldn't discuss any troubleshooting with me because I'm the pool owner and not a pool technician. Called my pool builder who contacted his service rep. The PB is supposed to...

Pool Build in Rural North Texas

Pool is filled. Approximately 17,500 gallons. Got the recommended test kits and the Whale wall brush. Am I the only one who has a hard time attaching the Whale to the pole? I have to keep a pair of tongs handy so I can get it attached!
