Thanks for the ideas everyone. The end of the pipe that runs from the pump to the backyard is covered in brush and leaves and could/probably be blocked. The left side of the sand filter i assume is the waste hose that feeds a PVC pipe 75 feet to a drainage area near the back of the property line by gravity and force when backwashing etc. Thats where it shows up when wasting or backwashing. Instead of that I now have a rush of water coming up...

Been vacumming to waste and notice all of the water instead of going through the drain pipe and filter to the back yard it is now coming from the edge of the pool concrete near the roof down spout drain. Same when backwashing. Whats going on and is it something I may be able fix? Thanks for the...
