I have a 11,050 gal. Kidney chape
Deep in middle at 5.6 ft.
1.5 hr pump.
Last last service guys who I let go for failing to keep/put Chemcisl in pool,
Has my pump running from 11-6pm.
What do you recommend for pooling running time. I have both low & high speed.

As long as it takes to get the pool as clean as you prefer.

To save on energy costs, I would only run on low speed and for only as long as it takes to clear the surface debris.

I have an electrical meter reading at the side of the house.
Two pump has low & high speed
You don't mention which pump you have.
If it were mine, and I did have a two-speed this way, I would start it on high for 1 hour at 2:00AM (if it isn't noisy) to skim and then let it switch to low for the next 12 hours. Your water will sparkle, with the pump running those hours there less likelihood of freeze damage, your energy usage will be much lower.
If you have a cleaner that requires the higher speed, you will have to allow for that.

I just adjusted my pool motor to run on High from 10-2:30pm to clear up debris and then on “low power” 2:30 to 5pm.
I get up at 8am and strain off debris with the net and clear out side trap.
I hope this sounds right way to do it.
I tested pool & added 3lb baking soda to bring up TA when motor motor started by mixing BSods with bucket and stirred prior to pouring in where the intake is.

If it works, it is the "right" way. I just like the 2:00AM start time, and have had mine that way since we had a hard freeze in 1990, because it protects the equipment. If you keep your pool open all year and experience freezing daytime temps, run the pool, low or high, 24/7 to protect the equipment, or drain it all and shut it down.

I almost never run my pump on full speed. No need to. I have two skimmers and they work just fine at 45% speed.

Low speed on a two speed pump used 75% less energy at only 1/2 the flow rate as high speed.

Try low speed only and see if it doesn't work you.

Why run on high speed if you don't need to?
