My wife had a large family gathering at our house this weekend - a number of them took the opportunity to use the pool given the 80+ degree weather.

More than one asked later in the evening about who maintained the pool, and how it was so clean given they clearly didn't use chlorine in it.

Pretty sure I have some new converts ;)

It's my favorite compliment to get, but it used to be even better.

When I first switched to TFP I switched from the Frog System (came with the house) which uses silver and tells you to maintain 0.5 ppm FC for a low chlorine experience. Switching from that to TFPC and from 0.5 ppm FC to 6+ ppm FC (depending on CYA of course) is what led to people complimenting the clearer water and "less chlorine" feel. Saving a few hundred dollars a year compared to that overpriced junk was kinda nice too, but nobody complimented me on that 😏
