For 2 years I have been trying to get my Jandy Aquapure/Aqualink system to produce chlorine.
Summer of 2022, I got the 123 error code. Local pool company comes out and says I need a new salt cell. Cell was less than 3 years old and Jandy sent a replacement cell and cord. Still got the 123 code. Local pool company came out and got on the phone with Jandy support. Tested amps/current/voltage and couldn't find a problem. Used liquid chlorine the rest of the season.
Summer 2023, I just used liquid chlorine. Tried contacting Jandy support several times by phone, but gave up after being on hold each time for >30 minutes.
2024 - I'm tired of adding chlorine and I'm stubborn (or stupid) enough to think this is fixable. As a last resort, I decided to replace the back board. Now I get error code 121 instead of 123.
Any ideas or advice? There are no signs of corrosion anywhere and the cell looks clean.
