South Florida renovation was just completed and the company was top-notch. The pool had the original Landon style in-deck skimmer (that also housed an in-deck filter) back in the 60s. The pool had three layers of plaster and waterline tile just stacked on top of eachother by prior homeowners. It was a full on mess. The deck was concrete with Kool-deck before and now it is sandblasted marble. We added deck jets for the kids and a heater / chiller to extend the swimming months and to make the summer more comfortable as the water gets up to over 96 degrees.
