Right now, the Skill remains broken. It worked for about a week in March. Fluidra is aware.

I've been in contact with Flurida for about 6 months. They had it working for 9 days in March, but it's down again.

I just replaced a 16 year old Samsung that never had a problem (until the rubber seal on the door got bad after 16 years) with another Samsung. I had a Speedqueen prior to the 1st Samsung.

Absolutely agree 100% and appreciate everyone's thoughts. So glad we still have electricity (we have a generator too for backup for the house after 2021) so hopefully keep the pumps continuing to run 1 more night.

Keeping the water going is absolutely the first and best defense and what we've been doing this week and in years past... however, a lightbulb in a 6'x13' area with only a 6' fence around it, isn't going to do very much heat wise and if it did, could it also not override the freeze protection...
