Hello everyone! As promised, attached is a photo of the wiring diagram. It's all messy, but maybe somebody can help identify what is going wrong here. I've highlighted the wires as they leave the light box and enter the breaker box.

Yes, the outlet does provide power, and yes they were replaced with 120V which is the voltage required by the housing. So, the GFC outlet could be causing the whole issue even though it isn't connected to the wiring for the pool?

Yes I do, right next to the breaker box, and the wires that are snaked in from it are the ones mentioned. Thank you for any help you can provide

It is a GFCI outlet, so theoretically that should be the switch controller for the lights?
