I asked myself, could it be a pipe for a skimmer?

A skimmer would have 1.5 or 2" lines... The line with the yellow arrow looks more like a 4" pipe...
I suspect it is either for the house sewer or for deck drains.

The pool wall is not that thin, an additional 20cm of concrete was poured on the outside.
It is likely to be drainage of some sort.
Hard to tell without any plans or anything.
Are you still afraid that the pool is going to burst open and flood your yard?

No, the walls of the pool are thick and filled with concrete. I saw the newly constructed pipeline in the evening. The rainwater pipe from my neighbor's roof is quite close to their house and has already been connected to the government's pipeline, so I'm unsure about the purpose of this new pipeline. The person working on the yard sometimes doesn't follow regulations during construction. So, I'm wondering what this pipeline is for. Could it be for draining water to the trees? Will it have any impact on my ground?
It appears that it's not a drainage system; rather, it resembles a typical sewer pipeline.
All we can do is speculate if the builder is not going to tell you anything.
It seems odd that they are so secretive.

Maybe this green pipe has been placed inside the sewer pipeline.
The last time I saw this green pipe, one end of it was buried in the ground with small trees planted on top of it. I assume the other end was connected to the filter.
