We’ve used a SWCG on our pool for 20 years and counting; no corrosion, no damage to anything. 👍 There’s simply not enough salt in a SWCG pool to cause damage.

I’ve used the Hayward 6060 booster pump for many years with our Polaris 280 cleaner. It is pretty quiet and works perfectly with the 280. It wasn’t difficult to install myself.

Last fall we replaced the old tarp cover with a new one, so today’s opening was much better.

Last year at opening. Yikes! Second pic is 24 hrs later. Much better! Apparently, the old tarp cover was on its last leg and acted like a big tea bag letting all the leaf tannins through.
