Hello, so we have gotten some heavy rain and I noticed the water level is almost to the top of the skimmer. More rain in the forecast for next 3-4 days. I have a Pentair Multiport valve, is it best to drain from rinse or from waste setting? Thanks.

Hello everyone, new pool owner here and the previous owner told me to run the pump 24/7. So I have a couple of questions, is this necessary and is there much of a rate difference to run 8-10 hours per day vs 24 hours for a whole month. Look forward to hearing the responses. Thanks.
