Textured Liner All Over vs Just on Steps and Sundeck?

The first thing I would do is see if anyone around you had a piece of the liner for you to feel and look at and from there. I think that will answer any concerns.

    Help with Re-Plaster Situation!

I am with you! Get that pool plastered to enjoy it. The landscaping can wait! In fact it will be oh so much better to work on the landscaping then jump in the pool!! If you have your pool water balanced and you get the dirt out right away then it is no biggie!

Textured Liner All Over vs Just on Steps and Sundeck?

I don't really have any real life experience. I am going on my gut mostly. I worry about the same thing you mention of it maybe thinner but don't really think it would be but something to think about. I also worry, like you do on it being harder to sweep and such. Have you seen any in real life?

Textured Liner All Over vs Just on Steps and Sundeck?

6 of one and half a dozen of another............that to say there are pluses and minuses of each one. The steps and shelf will get the most "abuse" as they will be walked on and used the most so the embossed surface has to be pretty sturdy.

Hi and welcome to TFP! I have an idea! How about having BOTH of them at that end of the pool? Push the spa away from the house and put the shelf beside it. SO many good reasons to do this: -Best of both worlds by having them both there for the reasons you stated above. -I worry about the bench...

Go ahead and mix in the ph upper with the pump on high xfor about 15 or so minutes. Low ph can damage a liner. Then by pass the heater.

    Vinyl Liner Replacement

The where you got it is not too important. What is important is do you have the measurements. I am guessing you don't have the paper work. Some times they will print the measurements on the top edge of the liner. Do you remember anything like that?

Leak through pin hole in wall

Okay so we need to find a way to clean up the inside of the wall of the corrosion that has happened. Do you think you could collect enough the water to do a pH test on it? Sure don't want to do alll of the work on the wall if it is going to keep happening.
