The filter is showing 24 PSI. I’ve asked my pool builder to come and manually clean the filter. He failed to add DE at startup, so it’s been running without that since Monday.

Flow does not change when the other two valves are opened. We cleaned a few leaves out of the pump basket and that increased the flow by about 5 GPM. And yes, there is no movement in the skimmers.
