Pool has been chipped to the shell. Multiple issues: Need to fill the void of loose gunite that has been chipped out at the turn from the wall to the floor of the pool. Max depth of voids is 3". Anyone have experience on how/if it's possible to layer new portland cement on to a pool shell...
